C’est la mère Michel

The Comptine collection is made up of transcriptions of children's and traditional songs.
Each title includes a piano arrangement graded by difficulty level (from 1 to 9) to suit both beginner and experienced musicians.

The difficulty of this piano arrangement is ④, corresponding to an easy piece that introduces more speed and rhythmic challenges.

“C’est la mère Michel” is a famous French ditty telling the misadventure of a cat lost and found. Its light character and lively tempo make it an excellent piece for developing agility in a more sustained rhythmic context.

The sheet, including the piano arrangement, the lyrics and a vocal score with chords and guitar tablature, is printed on natural white Rives 180 g/m² paper and presented in a transparent plastic sleeve.

The downloadable version (PDF) includes the MP3.
