Nous n’irons plus au bois

The Comptine collection is made up of transcriptions of children's and traditional songs.
Each title includes a piano arrangement graded by difficulty level (from 1 to 9) to suit both beginner and experienced musicians.

The difficulty of this piano arrangement is ⑥, corresponding to a moderately easy piece requiring a fairly brisk tempo and more developed piano playing. The writing includes a left hand that moves in leaps and a good number of right-hand thumb passages.

“Nous n’irons plus au bois” is a traditional children’s song. This more developed arrangement makes it possible to tackle higher technical challenges while keeping the gentle, familiar melody. It is an excellent piece for developing right-hand complexity and the balance of sound between melody and chords.

The sheet, including the piano arrangement, the lyrics and a vocal score with chords and guitar tablature, is printed on natural white Rives 180 g/m² paper and presented in a transparent plastic sleeve.

The downloadable version (PDF) includes the MP3.
